Processes
Three processes, run on our own floor
SPECIALTY
5-Axis CNC Milling
Complex geometry that would need multiple setups on a 3-axis machine — undercuts, compound angles, and parts that need several faces machined to hold position with each other. Fewer setups usually means a better price and better accuracy than the same part run 3-axis.
AVAILABLE
3-Axis CNC Milling
Simpler geometry — brackets, plates, housings, and parts with features mostly on one or two faces. Straightforward to program and run, and often the cheaper option when a part doesn't need 5-axis reach.

Sheet Metal Bending
Parts made from a flat pattern — brackets, enclosures, panels — formed on a press brake from your flat DXF or 3D model. Good for lightweight structural and enclosure parts that don't need to be machined from solid.
The fleet
Nine machines, one floor
Six AEMING 5-axis machining centres and six 3-axis machines, including the BWYOUN BC105A. The photo below shows one specific 5-axis machine on the floor — an AEMING GMU-65 — not a claim that all six are the same model.

Checked on our own floor
Critical dimensions get checked on a ZEISS SPECTRUM CMM in-house, on the same site your part is machined — not shipped out to a third-party lab.
